I'm Justine. When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead. True story.
I'm constantly broke and struggling to save enough money to fly to Korea to marry my future husband (see below).
This derp is my one true love. But I also love dramas, TV, music, movies, kpop and cooing over my beloved OTPs.
One day I will travel the world and do great things. In the meantime, don't forget to send the naked band boys on 30 December.
I accept all nationalities. Thank you. Xiexie. Kamsamhamnida.

Music: The Ballad Of Big Poppa and Diamond Girl - Cobra Starship

Wow okay, so I guess I'm the last one to blog about Singfest. Okay, let's see, how was it... kshasdulweuqduedjDAMNBLOODYGOOD! All the daytime (before it got dark) acts were great. That would be:

The Great Spy Experiment
They got boring after awhile, but not too bad, considering they're local.

One Buck Short
Better than the previous band. Surprisingly, people were actually moshing to them.

Crowned King
Wow, I'm a fan. The lead singer's too scrawny for his own good.

Cobra Starship
Gabe Saporta a.k.a Jason Prata, is a fantastic frontman. They so should've done Hollaback Boy though. The best part of their set (aside from Gabe's dancing) would have to be during 'Bring It!' and Sisky Biz comes out and raps Travis' part.

"Ladies and gentlemen
These snakes are slitherin'
with dollar signs in they eyes
with tongues so reptilian
This industry's venomous
with cold-blooded sentiment
No need for nervousness
It's just a little baby dick (turbulence)"

He did it like two times faster than Travis though, but whatever. He's hot, he can do whatever he wants.

The Academy Is...
They were great, but not as good as I thought they would be. Gabe came out for one of their songs, I can't remember which. It miiight have been 'Neighbors'. Well, the best part of their set would be... uh, Sisky. The stupid girl next to me (no, not Ying Xin, the OTHER side), was annoying. Only cos she liked Sisky. Haha. It's amazing how my mind works.

Okay, so that was the better acts.
Gym Class Heroes was in one word: disappointing. We were quite up front for their set, but left a song into their set before I died of thirst. During the rest of their set (after draining a bottle of coke), we walked around and bought some merch. And then we went back to the set when Cupid's Chokehold started. Wow, I'm such a huge Gym Class Heroes fan. Avenged Sevenfold (I would say A7X, but I don't want you to think I'm a fan), was up after them. They were... I dunno. I didn't watch their set much. They were okay, from what I heard. The fans went totally crazy and broke the metal (!!!) barrier. Thank god we weren't fans. The Noisettes was after them. They were... wow, too horrendous to put into words. I guess their music (I use this word loosely) may be liked by some people... And then after a long long long long (i.e. excruciating) while, their set finally ended. And then we had to wait for another long period of time while MxPx did their soundcheck cos I guess they came late, or something. And then they started to play, and it was so so so not worth suffering through The Noisettes for. I think I might've enjoyed them a bit more if the music didn't drown out the lead singer's voice so much. But overall, I was kinda bored by their set (don't you 'no, you didn't!' me.). Hinder was last, and they were not worth staying through the set so we left for 7 Eleven after one or two songs.
We ate, and then we came out and talked about fruits until Amelia's parents came to pick us up. And that was the end to a great day.

Oh, I almost forgot: Disashi Lumumba-Kasongo.
