I finished watching Spring Awakening in its entirety and it was 1 hour and 48 minutes of pure awesome. It's supposed to be a rock musical of sorts, and two of the leads die in the end, but ohhhhhh, it was sooooo good. The songs are catchy as fuck, and they get stuck in your head for a long long time.

It's essentially about a group of teens discovering sex. So if ever the touring musical came to Singapore, it would sadly probably be R21. I guess the kissing scene between two of the guy characters doesn't really help much (why you so homophobic, Singapore?).

Not to digress, well, actually to digress, my mum and I had a very very interesting conversation about homosexuality and the world in the future, last night. I never thought I could be so... I don't know, insightful? :)

Anyway, excuse me while I go download the soundtrack to Spring Awakening.
