Comic fire
Blogging is such a welcome distraction. Honestly. I can't log on to Tumblr, because I know once I do, I'd never leave. Whereas for blogging, what can I do once I hit "Publish post"? Not much. Well, I could hit "New post", but I don't have THAT much to say. Really.
Anyway, I THINK I'm about done with pop culture. I just have to review what I typed up, which can be done at a later time. So now I'm on Sexuality in the media. The notes are intimidating! Just chunks and chunks of definitions and examples about pornography, which trust me, is way less fun than it sounds. So I skipped to the part about stereotypical images of men and women in the media, and THANK GOD I've covered that many many times. In my final essay for Writcomm in year 1, in my Bend It Like Beckham essay for Commiss, as well as for the lit review for Commiss. So yes, I've got lots of examples to copy and paste from. Just got to memorise them! Which I guess is the hard part. I can't wait for Tuesay to come so I can just throw all this knowledge away and never ever use them again.
I cannot say enough how much easier it is to study for Public Relations. I just don't know what to research for when it comes to Commiss. I mean, sure, I know vaguely, but it's not like PR where there are definite things to memorise like the PR Planning Checklist, benefits of implementation, etc. etc. And once again, HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING AS MUCH, OR HOPEFULLY MORE, TROUBLE STUDYING THAN ME.
And Kevjumba's gonna be on the new Amazing Race! He's only the 13th most subscribed Youtuber of all time. OF ALL TIME. And I am really dying to watch Easy A now because everytime I go to Photobucket, the trailer comes on. And I love everyone in it! Except well, maybe not Penn Badgely. And even then, he's not terrible to look at.
Shit it's 3am. I HAVE TO STUDY OR I AM SCREWED BYE.
