Profile ![]() I'm constantly broke and struggling to save enough money to fly to Korea to marry my future husband (see below). This derp is my one true love. But I also love dramas, TV, music, movies, kpop and cooing over my beloved OTPs. One day I will travel the world and do great things. In the meantime, don't forget to send the naked band boys on 30 December. I accept all nationalities. Thank you. Xiexie. Kamsamhamnida. |

Music: All the Way - Allstar Weekend Now that most of my assignments are behind (since the 2 week Christmas break is coming up), I've been feeling significantly more relaxed than I've ever been since school started. My biggest worry is probably the upcoming photo essay that I have due when school restarts. But let's not. ![]() I just sent in my One Direction album review, which I have to say I feel pretty proud of, so let's hope it doesn't get returned to me filled with edits. Besides writing my review for "Up All Night", I also worked on another One Direction assignment - A video podcast for my radio production module! That was quite... fun, I guess? It did give me an excuse to endlessly scroll through dozens of One Direction tumblr blogs. I've found out that the one telltale sign that I'm really proud of my work is when I cannot stop listening/reading/watching it. I know that makes it sound like I'm completely full of myself, but I put alot of effort into them, so back off okay? I don't know what is it with me and One Direction. I never really cared for them previously even though they occasionally appeared on my Tumblr dash. I just thought they were just a bunch of cute-looking British boys from X Factor. And then I saw this damn photoset... They. Stripped. Their. Dolls. Really, how could I not look them up after that? So I downloaded the album and the rest, as they say, is history. They really are so cheeky and adorable. They kinda remind me of McFly way back when I was still obsessed with them, except instrument-less and way cuter. I know I'm a whole year and a half late to the 1D party, but better late than never, right? I wish I kept up with them during their time on X Factor though because now I honestly can't be bothered to look up their performances and past interviews because I'll just feel like an outdated fangirl (and ok, I'm lazy). So I'll just happily settle for looking at pictures and cute gifs from interviews that people have reblogged as well as keep "Up All Night" on replay. Their acoustic version of 'One Thing' is insanely good though. They should really make Louis sing more. Love love love. Um back to a school-related topic, I'm feeling quite stoked for our radio drama idea, though we might end up taking the easy way out and do a radio feature instead. But seriously, just picture it: The scene starts with the murder of one of your most beloved fairytale characters, and every one of the fairytale characters is a suspect. Fairytale Ending - Say goodbye to fairytales as you know them. So it's a murder/mystery/fantasy Cluedo-meets-fairytales type of story. Ugh it has so. much. potential. Some gifs (that are unsurprisingly, not mine) for your viewing pleasure. Have your pick (but not really, since almost all of them are spoken for - and by real-life ladies too, not delusional fangirls like you and me). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Labels: one direction 9:11 PM
